Welcome to the 2023-2024 academic school year! We are looking forward to a wonderful year together as an educational team to help prepare your child for higher education. 

 

In this packet, you will find important documents needed for this school year.  Some items need to be read, completed, signed by you, and returned to the school no later than Monday, August 21st.  There is a checklist of the items that need to be read and signed.

If you don’t have access to a computer, please contact the school office for copies of any of the documents listed below.

MUST BE RETURNED by Monday, August 21st

  • First Day Packet Checklist with Signatures
  • Emergency Card
  • Housing Questionnaire
  • Lunch Program Information/School Funding Form(only one application required for each family) 
  • AB 1012 Form (high school only)
  • Migrant Education (if applicable)
  • Indian Education Form 506 (if applicable)
