Roseland School District
Welcome
Roseland School District is located in beautiful Sonoma County. Our district serves children from preschool through high school and is comprised of a preschool program, two elementary schools, a charter middle school and a charter high school. We are proud to offer full day kindergarten as well as class size reduction in all kindergarten through third grade classes. Our campuses provide a park-like setting with colorful rose gardens and recreational areas well utilized by our community. The majority of our students are English language learners whose primary language is Spanish. All teachers specialize in techniques to provide a strong English acquisition component to the curriculum. Services and programs for our students include our on-site Southwest Children's Health Clinic, counseling, Family Advocate services, parent groups, a music program, and a large after school tutoring and enrichment program. The Roseland community demonstrates strong support and trust in our schools. This support has resulted in the expansion of our K-6 program to include a small and safe middle school program located on the Sheppard School campus. In August 2004 we expand once again, to add a small and personalized charter high school in partnership with Sonoma State University. Our founding class of ninth grade students will focus their studies in preparation for college entrance. Roseland School District is honored to serve the children and families of our community.
