If you are interested in enrolling your child at one of our schools, please fill out the enrollment form for the school you are requesting, bring all requested items and return your enrollment packet to the school office of choice. If you need a copy of the enrollment packet please stop by the school office.

Items needed to enroll in Transitional Kindergarten (TK), Kindergarten and 1st Grade (child must be 5 years old on or before September 1st for Kindergarten or may turn 5 between September 2nd and December 2nd for TK):

- Physical Exam/ Examen fisico (Appointment card will be accepted: temporarily/Se aceptará tarjeta de cita: temporalmente)
- Dental Exam/ Examen dental (Appointment card will be accepted: temporarily/Se aceptará tarjeta de cita: temporalmente)
