Maintenance Services

Maintenance/Facilities department takes care of 6 school sites and the district office. We have been working very hard on our new District Office building; our new award winning high school facility, Roseland University Prep; our new Preschool; and our relatively new elementary school, Roseland Creek Elementary. We are currently working on building a new facility for Roseland Accelerated Middle School (RAMS) and updating the Roseland Collegiate Prep's (RCP) campus which was severely damaged during the Tubbs Fire.

We pride ourselves on our facilities and ensuring all are incredible for our students. Our facilities team is amazing and we are all so dedicated to the wonderful students of the Roseland Public Schools.

What is California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA)?

CUPCCAA Contractor Registration Application

The California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA) is under the umbrella of the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Commission (CUPCCAC) and provides for alternative bidding procedures when an agency performs public project work by contract.

Projects of $75,000 or less: Can be performed by a public own employees by force account, by negotiated contract, or by purchase order, without competitive bidding.
Projects of $220,000 or less (more than $75,000): May be awarded using informal bidding procedures.
Projects over $220,000: Must be awarded through formal bidding procedures.

ROSELAND SCHOOL DISTRICT and ROSELAND CHARTER SCHOOL has completed all the necessary requirements to participate in this alternative bidding process and solicits your firm to register.
