Step increases are contingent upon positive evaluations.
WORK YEAR: Two hundred twenty-two days.
SICK LEAVE: One day per month worked (hours per day of sick leave equal to hours per day worked).
MILEAGE: $100 per month
BENEFITS: Same as Certificated Employees (teachers)
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES: District will pay annual dues for ACSA membership
FRINGE BENEFITS: Employee shall be afforded all the fringe benefits provided to certificated management employees of the District
Should any salary and/or benefit adjustments be granted to certificated management employees, employee shall receive no less of a percentage of adjustment.
