Agendas & Minutes

As of August 17, 2022, the District Board of Trustees will be using BoardDocs Agenda Services to present the meeting agendas and minutes. To access the board agendas, corresponding public backup materials, and minutes please follow the instructions below.

  1. Visit our BoardDocs website
  2. Click on MEETINGS which is located on the top-right navigation menu bar
  3. Click on the meeting date you are interested in
  4. Click on View the Agenda to view the agenda item details
  5. Click on Download Agenda as PDF to download the agenda
    1. Select the location to save the downloaded agenda
    2. Click on the Save button
  6. Click on the Print the Agenda button to print the agenda
    1. Click on the tab what you would like to print (Simple Agenda, Detailed Agenda, Current Agenda Item)
    2. Click on the Print button located at the bottom-right corner of the window
    3. Click on the Close button to return to the main Agenda Item Details page
